The factory has nearly 60 years of experience in the production of marine propellers, with strong professional technical capabilities. It is able to independently design, manufacture, and repair various marine fixed pitch propellers, adjustable pitch propellers, stainless steel propellers, and energy-saving devices (such as vortex eliminators), and has the ability to supply complete sets of propeller shaft integration. We have obtained recognition certificates from 9 classification societies, including RS, CCS, LR, DNV, ABS, NK, KR, BV, RINA, etc.
The factory's products are exported directly or by ship to more than 20 countries and regions, with an annual production capacity of over 10000 tons. Its design and manufacturing capabilities and technological level rank among the top in the world's industry.
The factory has a world-class production base and hardware support capabilities. The casting workshop is equipped with multiple sets of dual furnace medium frequency induction furnaces, which can be used to cast ultra large propellers weighing about 110 tons in one go through multi package casting. The machining workshop has introduced and equipped world-class CNC machining equipment and self-developed large-scale specialized equipment, which can significantly improve the machining accuracy of propeller products.
